Bliss Balls Recipe

Energy Bites on a wooden board

These are our favorite raw and natural snack when we skipped a meal or need something to tide us over between meals. They are easy to make, full of nutritious ingredients like organic chia seeds and rolled oats and they are perfect with a cup of chai any time of day!

They also keep for a week, so you can make a batch on Sunday and have them on the ready when you need them.

Bliss Balls: Start by adding rolled oats, shredded coconut, peanut butter, almond flour, coconut flour, chia seeds, vanilla extract and honey to a bowl or container. Stir until combined. Then, add chocolate chips to the mixture and stir until well distribute throughout. Finally, use a tablespoon or mini ice cream scoop to portion the mixture into evenly sized Bliss Balls. Keep covered and refrigerated so you can snack on them for up to a week!
