Movement: Roots and Wings
Come to a cross-legged, seated position on the floor. Close your eyes and imagine that you have roots growing from your sit bones into the earth beneath you. As they continue to root deeper into the ground, feel your upper body begin to sway back and forth, like a piece of seaweed anchored to the ocean floor, swaying in the current, light and free. Sway back and forth like this feeling the balance of roots and wings.
Meditation: Find Your Tribe
Community is one of life's greatest riches. When we find our tribe, those that make us feel both safe and inspired, then we have the roots to grow wings and become the most authentic and alive version of ourselves!
Write down the names of three people who really see and admire you for who you are. Make a plan to spend more time with those people!
