A Japanese flute, an Aboriginal didgeridoo, Chinese gongs and Tibetan singing bowls all harness the power of sound vibration to cleanse and heal the body, mind and spirit.
Find a quiet space where you will be uninterrupted for 5-20 minutes. Lay back and tune into this week's song using headphones, your home sound system or your car (sometimes the best haven there is!) and practice deep listening. Allow the vibrations and rhythms to wash over you, drawing you deeper into connection with your highest self.
After this week's movement, grab your journal and write about your experience. What images or thoughts came up? Did you experience any recurring feelings? Write them down. The more you practice sound bathing, like any meditation, you will reach higher levels of insight, clarity and peace.
