Mr. Xie has been pioneering the organic tea revolution in Mingjian, Taiwan for over 20 years. We are excited to share with you his Spring 2018 Organic “Milk Oolong”, which is famous for its naturally sweet and creamy taste. The indulgent flavor is thanks to the Golden Lily cultivar and the light processing method that he employs. 

STEEPING DIRECTIONS

Steep 5g of Milk Oolong in 8oz of 195° F waterfor 2 minutes and strain. Makes 3 infusions.For Gong fu cha brewing, use half the amount of waterand steep 1 minute each infusion.
