The long-adored Oolong cultivar, Tieguanyin, means “Iron Goddess of Mercy,” and its history is steeped in Chinese legend. Like its flavor, Tieguanyin’s manufacturing process is complex, requiring artisanal skill and passion. Ours is roasted in the traditional method in Anxi County in Fujian Province; the laborious nature of its creation coming through in every sip.

STEEPING DIRECTIONS
Steep 2 teaspoons (5g) of Iron Goddess of Mercy in 1 cup (8oz) of 195° F water for 3 minutes and strain. Makes 3 infusions. For 195° F water, boil then let cool 2-3 minutes.
