I love the combination of the spices in this concentrate chai tea. It's not too sweet and the flavors really come through. I mix it with my rice milk, sometimes warming it up or pouring it over ice. Definitely will order more.

I live in Nashville and was first introduced to this when I worked on 12th S. It has remained my favorite Masala Chai!
I have tried several different brands/ kinds and I keep coming back to this one. Right amount of spices and sweetness without being too sweet!
I also have it with different kinds of milk, and it does not change the flavor!

I first tried a chai latte made with firepot concentrate at a restaurant and liked it so much I bought more concentrate from them before I left the restaurant. I used that up and missed it so I ordered more from firepot so I won’t run out. This is a great concentrate. Spicy enough and not too sweet.

I love chai and this is the best. Not the sugary dessert if places like Starbucks or DQ, you can taste the complex spices that make chai so marvelous. And the sweetness is just the right balance. I am addicted.
