• Firepot Tea has retained Accessible.org as an independent third-party specialist to provide consultation, auditing, and validation services. Accessible.org will advise on how to implement and improve accessibility.
• Firepot Tea has scheduled a complete accessibility audit, which includes the use of an automated scan, to identify any accessibility issues that exist on firepot.com for remediation.
• Upon the Firepot Tea team completing fixes, all fixes will be validated to ensure the issues have been resolved.
• Further, once remediation is completed, Firepot Tea will conduct user testing with an accessibility professional who is blind or visually impaired and uses screen reader assistive technology.
