Set your espresso aside this time and switch it out for vibrant matcha. Between whipped layers of mascarpone cream, your bright green ladyfingers will shine.
You Will Need
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese at room temperature
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Amai Matcha
- 8 oz hot water
- 3 oz orange liqueur like Grand Marnier
- Fresh Raspberries for garnish
- 24 ladyfingers (biscotti savoiardi)
- 4 6 oz clear glasses
To Make
- Whip heavy whipping cream with sugar until set and combine with marscapone cheese until smooth. Set in the refrigerator.
- Stir Amai Matcha in 2 oz hot water until dissolved. Add 6 more oz of hot water and the orange liqueur.
- Soak ladyfingers in the matcha mixture.
To Build Each Pot
- Mash 3 lady fingers in the bottom of each pot.
- Top with 3 generous spoonfuls of cream mixture.
- Repeat. Top with a raspberry.
